Registration for 2026 Teen Winter Rally!

There are two parts to this registration. 

Part 1: purchase your ticket and enter important information. 

Part 2: follow the link in your confirmation message to fill out and sign your wavier.

Teens or Counselors without a signed waiver will not be allowed to attend Winter Rally.

• ALL MEDICINES—including non-prescription—MUST BE SENT IN THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER!!!
• Over the counter medications are fully stocked in the nurses' station. You do not need to send Benadryl, Advil, Tylenol, or other common over the counter medications with your child.
• Winter Rally medical staff will not allow youth to take any meds in a manner different than the medicine container or prescription instructs. All meds will be dispensed by medical staff. State law requires that all

Medications must be checked in with the Nurse. Minors will not be allowed to keep meds, except an EpiPen with nurse approval.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel by email or by phone/text to Becky Meadows, beckym@seattlecoc.org

Transactions can be fully refunded until December 14th, minus the processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received after December 15, 2025.

If we need to cancel due to uncontrolled circumstances, we will refund all tickets. If your child is found to be unable to attend due to health or any related emergency reasons, please submit a written note and confirmation of reason for refund to beckym@seattlecoc.org.
